For the Craftsman range, there is a 25-Year Domestic Warranty and a 10-Year Commercial Warranty. For full terms and conditions, view the warranty documents listed under installation instructions.
Yes. The Lifetime Domestic warranty is fully transferable and remains with the floor in the property if the original purchaser transfers legal ownership. The new owner receives the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.
Adhesive is required for Luvanto Craftsman. The coverage rate for QA Universal Adhesive is a maximum of 200g per square meter or 5sqm per 1kg, and for QA High Temperature, it’s a maximum of 250g per square meter or 4sqm per 1kg.
Yes, Luvanto is 100% waterproof and suitable for installation in bathrooms and kitchens due to its ease of cleaning and inherent resistant properties. However, any spillages should be mopped up as soon as possible to avoid seepage to the subfloor. LVT is not suitable for wetrooms or shower enclosures.
